All Media Upadate 12-01-2026
Despite its removal, several media outlets continue to host articles based on the original release, thereby perpetuating the dissemination of personal and judicial data. In addition, Google still displays the ESCC snippet within the December 2022 Newsroom archive, which appears prominently in search results for my name.
- What’s On In Brighton – Eastbourne man sentenced in Hove after council blue badge fraud
- SussexWorld / Sussex Express – Eastbourne man given suspended prison sentence after faking medical letter for Blue Badge application
- The Argus – Eastbourne man sentenced in Hove after council blue badge fraud
- ESCC Newsroom (Archive) – December 2022 archive page displaying the headline Faked letter lands Blue Badge applicant in court, despite the underlying article having been removed.
This snippet currently appears in a high‑visibility position in search results, contributing to the ongoing reputational impact and the continued circulation of information that is no longer present in the source publication.
On the contrary, the delay facilitated its republication by third‑party media outlets, whose articles remain online and indexed. This discrepancy between ESCC’s removal and the continued publication by external media has resulted in the prolonged and unlawful dissemination of personal and judicial data.
